Nonprofit organizations may submit annual charitable gaming event applications within 5 calendar days after the act's effective date for the July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 event period

Creates an additional application window beyond the standard submission deadline for charitable gaming permits

Requires the secretary to transfer an additional omnibus listing of approved organizations to the clerks of the Senate and House of Representatives within 10 calendar days of the act's effective date

The additional omnibus listing must be delivered by 12:00 noon CDT

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law due to public welfare necessity
