Suspends certain unemployment insurance reporting requirements under Section 50-7-302(a)(1)(C)-(E) when the governor declares an emergency, giving the commissioner discretion to modify requirements based on federal guidance

Limits unemployment reporting suspensions to eligible claimants who reside or work in counties where Tennessee has requested a major disaster declaration

Grants the governor authority to assist political subdivisions and local emergency management agencies with disaster and emergency recovery on public property upon request

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law due to public welfare necessity
