Honors the CSX Santa Train, an 83-year-old holiday tradition operating since 1943 that travels 110 miles through Kentucky, Virginia, and Tennessee distributing gifts to children in Appalachia

In 2025, the Santa Train provided more than 15,000 toys, 6,000 train safety books, and 5,000 bags with cold-weather gear along its route from Shelby, Kentucky, to Kingsport, Tennessee

Recognizes volunteers, CSX employees, and community partners including Appalachian Power, Food City, and the Kingsport Chamber of Commerce for making the event possible

Extends official commendation from the Tennessee General Assembly and directs preparation of a ceremonial copy of the resolution
