Credits Hiatt with contributing to tens of thousands of jobs and billions of dollars in capital investment through business recruitment, retention, and expansion in Hamilton County and the surrounding region

Notes his role in major employer expansions and locations including McKee Foods, Volkswagen, and Gestamp, as well as recruiting employers to Enterprise South and Centre South industrial parks

Recognizes his receipt of the Fred H. Harris Professional of the Year Award from the Tennessee Economic Development Council
