Honors the Ingle family of Hamilton County for their generational service with the Hamilton County Special Tactics and Rescue Services, a volunteer agency founded February 3, 1983, headquartered in Harrison

Four Ingle family members currently serve on the team, led by Chief Clay Ingle, who joined the day the agency was founded; his father, Clyde Morris "Shot" Ingle, previously led the team and died of a heart attack while on call

The volunteer rescue team responds to 75-90 calls annually, including missing children, wandering elders, swift-water incidents, and natural disaster response, with calls lasting from hours to days

Under the Ingle family's leadership, the agency has grown to approximately 50 members operating two stations, with grants funding equipment including a command van and water rescue/firefighting boat

Family members have also served the community through careers in law enforcement, firefighting, and nursing
