Green Hill Church in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee is commended on its 125th anniversary, having been founded on September 22, 1900, with seventeen original members as Green Hill Baptist Church

The church constructed its first building in 1903 on land donated by the Lanius family, purchased approximately ten acres in 1964, and completed its current sanctuary on Easter Sunday, March 31, 1991

Community outreach initiatives include a 2016 partnership with W.A. Wright Elementary School and the 2018 "Everyone's Wilson" initiative to connect churches, businesses, and schools in Wilson County

In fall 2019, the church partnered with Glenwood Baptist Church in Nashville for revitalization efforts and supported the planting of Proclamation Church

The church launched the "Generations" campaign, a 32-month generosity initiative to expand its mission and ministries for future generations
