Tennessee House Joint Resolution honors the Clarksville Jeep Crew, an all-volunteer group established in 2019 with 2,300 members, for their emergency response work during the January 2026 Middle Tennessee ice storm

During the ice storm, 29 active drivers using 40-50 Jeeps completed 276 vehicle recoveries, including two ambulances and a police car, donating a combined 1,053 volunteer hours with support from seven dispatchers

The group is led by eight administrators: Barry Sullivan, Heather Sullivan, Kenneth Klein, Crystal Liberatore, Mike Liberatore, Jennifer Fialkowski, Christopher Bruno, and Chad Hunley

Beyond ice storm response, the Clarksville Jeep Crew participates in tornado disaster relief locally and deployed a team to North Carolina for flood relief efforts
