Honors Danny Herron upon his retirement after over 16 years as president and CEO of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville

Under Herron's leadership, the organization built more than 500 homes creating over $125 million in real estate value, engaged 75,000+ volunteer experiences, and grew organizational assets to more than $90 million

In 2019, hosted the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter Work Project resulting in 21 homes built, with an additional 26 homes completed in 2025, plus a $3 million renovation of Parkwood Community Club ballfields

In 2026, began construction of Bella Terra in Antioch (53 homes) funded by a $3 million Frist Foundation gift and $4.5 million Barnes Affordable Housing Trust Fund grant

The organization operates ReStore retail locations across three counties generating approximately $5 million in annual sales and diverting 1,500+ tons of materials from landfills annually
