Acknowledges response to recent disasters including the Waverly floods, 2020 tornadoes, Gatlinburg wildfires, Tropical Storm Helene, and January 2026 winter storm

Highlights post-disaster recovery roles including damage assessment, debris management coordination, disaster assistance program support, and community rebuilding efforts

Directs preparation of an appropriate copy of the resolution for presentation to the honorees
