Honors Senior Master Sergeant Chad E. Wallace upon his retirement from the Air National Guard after more than 35 years of combined military service

SMSgt Wallace currently serves as Cyber Systems Operations Superintendent for the 119th Cyberspace Operations Squadron at McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base, overseeing more than 30 Airmen

Military career includes U.S. Army service (1989-1996) as a Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment Specialist and Imagery Analyst, followed by Air National Guard service beginning in 2007

Provided communications support for three presidential inaugurations and multiple natural disasters including Hurricane Gustav (2008), the 2016 Gatlinburg wildfires, and Hurricane Helene (2024)

Awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, Air Force Commendation Medal with oak leaf cluster, Army Commendation Medal with oak leaf cluster, and multiple achievement medals
