Adds the Classic Learning Test (CLT) as an accepted standardized test alongside the ACT and SAT for Tennessee scholarship eligibility requirements, including programs requiring minimum scores of 18, 21, or 29

Authorizes Tennessee public institutions of higher education to accept CLT scores for admission purposes

Directs the Tennessee Student Assistance Corporation to establish concordant CLT scores equivalent to ACT and SAT benchmarks through administrative rulemaking
