Requires domestic violence shelters, public schools, correctional facilities, and juvenile detention facilities to designate multi-occupancy restrooms, changing rooms, and sleeping quarters for exclusive use by either females, males, or family members

Prohibits individuals from entering restrooms, changing rooms, or sleeping quarters designated for the opposite biological sex, with exceptions for custodial work, medical assistance, law enforcement, and emergencies

Creates a private right of action allowing individuals to sue for violations, with a rebuttable presumption that housing someone with members of the opposite biological sex constitutes discrimination and cognizable harm to biological women

Takes effect July 1, 2025, with available remedies including injunctive relief, actual damages, attorney fees, and costs, subject to a two-year statute of limitations
