Department of Health must establish a pilot program to place free feminine hygiene product vending machines in women's restrooms or locker rooms at eligible public schools serving grades 5-12 with Title I schoolwide designation

Minimum of two eligible schools from each of Tennessee's three grand divisions must be selected, with priority given to schools with the highest percentage of economically disadvantaged students

Department of Health is responsible for supplying both the vending machines and the feminine hygiene products (tampons and sanitary napkins) to participating schools

Department may partner with state/local health departments, nonprofits, churches, and other organizations to source machines and products, and may accept donations

Program takes effect for the 2025-2026 school year and continues each school year thereafter
