Amends Tennessee Code Section 56-7-2328 to establish updated definitions for "contraceptive," "health benefit plan," "health insurance entity," and "healthcare provider" related to insurance coverage requirements

Defines "contraceptive" broadly to include any device, medication, biological product, or procedure intended to prevent pregnancy, whether used specifically for pregnancy prevention or other health needs

Expands the definition of "health benefit plan" to explicitly include coverage provided through TennCare (Medicaid) and the CoverKids program

Extends the implementation deadline for contraceptive coverage requirements from July 1, 2024 to January 1, 2026

Takes effect January 1, 2026
