Requires all LEAs and public charter schools to provide at least 2 hours annually of evidence-based skills training covering positive behavioral interventions and supports, conflict prevention, functional behavior assessments, de-escalation, and conflict management

Training must be incorporated into each school's behavior intervention training program

Allows the 2 hours of required behavioral training to count toward existing in-service training requirements under § 49-6-3004

Deletes subdivision (3) from Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 49-10-1304(j)
