Children diagnosed with lead poisoning must receive mandated wraparound services appropriate for lead-poisoned children

Federally-funded juvenile detention facilities must provide wraparound services to juveniles in custody who have elevated blood lead levels or lead poisoning, in collaboration with the Department of Health and local education agencies

Pregnant women receiving WIC vouchers must undergo blood lead testing, with those showing elevated levels entitled to specialized nutritional services, education on lead mitigation, and other wraparound services
