Requires state and local government entities to maintain as confidential the personal identifying information (names, addresses, contact information) of federal, state, and local officers participating in immigration enforcement activities, as well as details of future immigration operations such as dates, locations, and strategies.

State or local government officials who release protected immigration enforcement information with criminal negligence commit a Class E felony and may be subject to ouster from office.

Adds the names of undercover law enforcement officers to the list of confidential personnel records exempt from public inspection.

Creates new criminal penalties for releasing confidential law enforcement personnel information: Class E felony for undercover officer identities, Class B misdemeanor for negligent release of other protected information, and Class A misdemeanor for intentional release.

Takes effect July 1, 2026, and preempts any conflicting state or local policies, procedures, or rules.
