Renames "drag racing" to "street drag racing" throughout Tennessee Code and expands the definition to include motor vehicle drifting stunts and reckless driving performed for spectators

Adds social media platforms as a method for making street drag racing challenges or agreements, alongside oral and written communications

Requires mandatory arrest and magistrate appearance for street drag racing offenses, prohibiting officers from issuing citations in lieu of custody

Creates a Class E felony charge for reckless endangerment by street drag racing; vehicles used in the offense are subject to impoundment and forfeiture upon conviction; effective July 1, 2026
