Amends Tennessee's assisted suicide statute to define two forms of the offense: (1) intentionally providing means or participating in physical acts that help someone bring about their own death, and (2) intentionally advising or encouraging suicide through any communication when knowing the person has expressed intent to commit suicide

Requires proof of actual knowledge that the person intends to die and clear intent that the person bring about their own death for criminal liability

Classifies assisted suicide as a Class D felony in most cases

Elevates the offense to a Class C felony when the victim is a minor

Takes effect July 1, 2026, applying to acts committed on or after that date
