Authorizes masonic lodges and masonic lodge-sponsored corporations or LLCs to acquire real and personal property by deed through purchase or gift for purposes including building, maintaining, or acquiring lodges, halls, temples, or burial places

Requires legal title to such property to vest in the officers or members of the masonic lodge or in a masonic lodge-sponsored corporation or LLC formed for that purpose

Permits masonic lodge-sponsored corporations or LLCs to rent or lease real or personal property to masonic lodges or other entities on terms they designate

Defines "masonic lodge-sponsored corporation or limited liability company" as an entity incorporated or organized by officers or members of a masonic lodge that acts through authorized lodge officers or members

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law; does not affect property conveyances that occurred prior to the effective date
