Adds "honorifics" (titles such as Mr., Ms., Mrs., Mx.) to existing Tennessee laws that already regulate the use of preferred names and pronouns in educational and government settings

Amends Section 49-6-5102 governing K-12 public schools to include honorifics alongside pronouns in policies regarding student or employee preferred forms of address

Amends Section 49-7-2409 governing public higher education institutions to add honorifics to existing pronoun-related provisions

Amends Section 8-50-121 governing state government employees to include honorifics in workplace policies addressing preferred names and pronouns

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
