Amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 40-6-108 to prohibit exclusion of otherwise admissible evidence solely because it was obtained in violation of federal or state constitutional or statutory law

Evidence may only be excluded if obtained through deliberate, reckless, grossly negligent, or recurring/systemic negligent conduct violating the Fourth Amendment, and if failing to suppress would contradict a clearly established U.S. Supreme Court holding

Prohibits Tennessee courts from enforcing any state exclusionary rule that exceeds federal exclusionary rule requirements as defined by the U.S. Supreme Court

Creates a new interlocutory appeal process allowing the state to appeal suppression orders directly to the Tennessee Supreme Court, with mandatory stay of trial proceedings and expedited review

Effective July 1, 2026, applying to actions occurring on or after that date
