Creates the "Tennessee Child Care Hosting Safe Harbor Act" to shield employers and host entities from civil liability for acts or omissions of licensed child care providers operating on their property

Protects entities that subsidize employee child care costs or permit child care providers to use their premises, including nonprofits, faith-based organizations, educational institutions, and property owners

Liability protection does not apply if the employer or host entity's gross negligence or willful misconduct proximately caused the injury, harm, or loss

Excludes from protection any entity that operates, controls, or manages the child care provider, is itself licensed as a provider, or employs/supervises the provider's staff

Providing space, utilities, maintenance, security, capital improvements, or financial support alone does not constitute operating or managing the child care provider; takes effect July 1, 2026
