Expands venue options for the attorney general to file dissolution proceedings against nonprofit corporations to include: the corporation's principal or registered office location, any county where the corporation conducted activity or solicited donations, any county with an attorney general office, or Davidson, Sumner, or Williamson County

Limits venue for dissolution proceedings brought by parties other than the attorney general to the county where the corporation's principal office is or was last located, or its registered office if no principal office exists in Tennessee

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
