Adds ambulance stations with 24-hour staffing as authorized safe haven locations where parents can voluntarily surrender an infant

Changes terminology throughout the safe haven statute from "is staffed" to "has staff scheduled" for 24-hour facility requirements

Expands approved locations for safe haven infant surrender devices to include ambulance stations, alongside hospitals, fire stations, police stations, emergency communications centers, and nursing homes

Requires safe haven device locations to be licensed or legally operating in Tennessee and have staff scheduled continuously 24 hours daily by a licensed emergency medical services provider

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
