Students who are dependents of service members must provide enrollment documentation within 60 days from the end of their first school year or within one year from when the service member reported for duty in Tennessee, whichever is later

Local education agencies must ensure necessary services are in place at enrollment for military-dependent students who have active Section 504 plans, individualized family service plans, or individualized education plans

High school juniors and seniors who are military dependents may remain enrolled in their current school until graduation or withdrawal, even if a parent's military relocation moves them outside the school district
