Amends Tennessee Code Annotated Section 10-7-504(r) to expand the definition of confidential bank account information

Confidential information now explicitly includes debit card numbers, PINs, authorization codes, bank account numbers, and transit routing numbers

Names and locations of financial institutions must be kept confidential

Account holder details including names, taxpayer identification numbers (TINs), and addresses associated with bank accounts are protected from public disclosure

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
