Local governing bodies in Tennessee may allow members to participate in community meetings electronically via video or audio conference

Public must be given real-time access to view/listen to electronic meetings and participate if participation would normally be allowed

Meeting notices must include information about electronic participation, physical location (if applicable), and access instructions for remote attendance

Recordings must be posted on the governing body's website within 4 business days, remain published for at least 1 year, and be retained for at least 3 years

No voting is permitted during community meetings where members participate electronically
