Amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 40-11-141 regarding bail revocation procedures for defendants released on personal recognizance, unsecured bonds, or other court-approved bonds

Courts may temporarily revoke a defendant's bond and hold them without bail for up to 10 days pending a bail revocation hearing if the defendant violates release conditions, is charged with a new offense, or obstructs court proceedings

Requires a written order and notice of hearing before temporary bond revocation takes effect

Following a bail revocation hearing, courts may permanently revoke bond and hold the defendant without bail pending trial or during trial if a violation is confirmed
