Requires all LEAs and public charter schools to show a state-approved civics instructional video at least once to students in grades 6-8 and at least once to students in grades 9-12, beginning with the 2027-2028 school year

State board of education must approve at least one civics video by July 1, 2027, but is prohibited from creating or commissioning the creation of a video itself

Approved videos must be historically accurate, devoid of political advocacy, and include information about the Declaration of Independence preamble and its meaning regarding equality and unalienable rights

Videos must also cover the religious affiliation and moral beliefs of the founding fathers involved with the Articles of Confederation and Constitutional Convention

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
