All Tennessee LEAs and public charter schools must administer the Presidential Fitness Test established by Executive Order 14327 (July 31, 2025) to assess student strength, endurance, and flexibility

Department of Education must notify schools in writing at least 30 days before each school year of the requirements for students to earn the Presidential Fitness Award

Students with IEPs or Section 504 plans must receive reasonable accommodations; students unable to participate safely are exempt from the test

Test results cannot negatively affect a student's grade in any class, including physical education

If the Presidential Fitness Test is revoked, the department must report to legislative education committees within 90 days with participation data disaggregated by grade level, disability status, and awards earned
