Prohibits private process servers and their affiliates from publishing, transmitting, or broadcasting real-time or near real-time video of eviction service without the individual's express written permission

Exempts law enforcement officers serving civil process in their official duties from the recording prohibition

Creates a private right of action for individuals whose eviction service is recorded and broadcast without permission

Allows courts to award minimum statutory damages of $25,000 per intentional violation, plus actual damages, punitive damages, equitable relief, and attorney fees

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
