Allows individuals who completed educational requirements for speech language pathologist licensure (at least a master's degree) to obtain a provisional license to practice as a clinical fellow during supervised clinical experience

Eliminates the requirement for an ASHA (American Speech and Hearing Association) certificate of clinical competence to be eligible for a provisional license

Permits applicants for speech language pathologist or audiologist licensure to practice without a valid license while their application is pending, if they have passed the required exam or hold an out-of-state license

Pending applicants must also hold either an ASHA certificate (for speech language pathologists) or a doctor of audiology degree from an accredited institution (for audiologists)
