Beginning July 1, 2026, dedicates the first $150 million of health maintenance organization (HMO) tax revenue to draw down federal matching funds for TennCare provider reimbursements

Increases TennCare reimbursement rates for physicians, advanced practice registered nurses, and physician assistants up to 110% of Medicare rates for the same services

Applies to CPT codes covering evaluation and management services, obstetrics and gynecology, and anesthesia

Authorizes the Bureau of TennCare and Department of Commerce and Insurance to promulgate rules implementing the new reimbursement structure

Takes effect immediately for rulemaking purposes; reimbursement changes apply to services provided on or after July 1, 2026
