Requires principals to notify parents by end of school day when students are removed from a classroom due to another student's violent, aggressive, or severely disruptive behavior

Notifications must include confirmation that an evacuation occurred, a brief description of the incident, and steps taken to ensure student safety

Prohibits disclosure of information identifying the student who caused the evacuation, in compliance with FERPA and state privacy laws

Schools must maintain records of each evacuation including date, time, number of students evacuated, and staff member responsible for notifications

Effective July 1, 2026; local school boards and charter school governing boards must adopt implementation policies
