Requires human healthcare provider review of all insurance claim decisions made using artificial intelligence before determinations are sent to providers or patients

Bans entities from simultaneously owning both healthcare providers and health insurance companies in Tennessee after July 1, 2026, with disclosure requirements for existing dual-ownership arrangements negotiating state contracts

Mandates equal reimbursement rates for healthcare providers performing the same covered services regardless of license classification, prohibiting insurers from applying different fee schedules solely based on whether a provider is a physician versus another licensed professional
