Designates November 7 of each year as "Victims of Communism Day" to be recognized by all LEAs and public charter schools in Tennessee

Requires at least 45 minutes of instruction for high school students enrolled in world history and geography courses on how victims suffered under communist regimes, covering poverty, starvation, migration, systematic violence, and suppression of speech

Instruction must cover at least one of five specified topics: Mao Zedong and the Cultural Revolution, Joseph Stalin and the Soviet System, Fidel Castro and the Cuban Revolution, Pol Pot and the Khmer Rouge, or Nicolás Maduro and the Chavismo movement

If November 7 falls on a non-instructional day, the required instruction must be provided on the next scheduled class day for the course

Takes effect upon becoming law and applies beginning with the 2026-2027 school year
