Amends the definition of "public swimming pool" in Tennessee Code to exclude certain privately owned, above-ground pools at fitness facilities from public pool regulations

Excluded pools must meet six specific criteria: located indoors at a fitness facility, installed per manufacturer instructions, have controlled access limited to staff, maintain functioning water quality equipment, be used only for swimming instruction by staff and students, and not be used for rentals, parties, or open swimming

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
