Tennessee Department of Education must elect to participate in the federal tax credit program under Section 70411 of Pub. L. No. 119-21 for contributions to scholarship granting organizations

Department must annually submit by January 1 to the U.S. Secretary of the Treasury and publish on its website a list of qualifying scholarship granting organizations located in Tennessee

Department must accept submissions from scholarship granting organizations year-round and comply with all federal requirements to ensure state eligibility for taxable years beginning after December 31, 2026

State agencies are prohibited from promulgating rules to implement this section

Act takes effect immediately upon becoming law
