Tire manufacturers and suppliers responding to Tennessee state procurement solicitations must clearly identify which tires are produced with 100% French process zinc oxide, designated by product and material number

All price lists and buying guides provided to the state must conspicuously indicate for each tire whether it was manufactured with 100% French process zinc oxide, in a format approved by the chief procurement officer

Existing tire suppliers have 120 days from the effective date to amend their price lists and buying guides to comply; failure to do so may result in contract suspension or termination

Suppliers must update price lists within 90 days and provide written notice to the chief procurement officer and relevant state agencies if manufacturing processes change regarding French process zinc oxide use

The chief procurement officer may promulgate rules to implement and enforce these requirements under the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act
