Requires POST-certified or state-commissioned law enforcement officers to mail traffic violation notices to registered owners of autonomous vehicles within 20 business days of the offense

Provides 30 days for payment after the initial notice, with no additional penalties unless a second notice is sent granting another 30 days

Notices must include the fine amount and separately list any additional fees or court costs that may apply if payment is late or the citation is contested

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
