Requires public school principals to remove a student named as respondent in an order of protection from any classroom or school-sponsored event shared with the student named as petitioner

Schools must provide alternative instruction to the removed student for any classes from which they are separated

Removal only applies for the duration that the order of protection remains in effect

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law and applies to orders of protection entered on or after the effective date
