Mandates that long-term care ombudsmen notify all residents or their guardians, conservators, or representatives when contacted by an assisted-care living facility

Requires assisted-care living facilities to provide prospective residents or their representatives with a written website link to the facility's current licensure status and disciplinary history prior to admission or contract execution

Designated as "The Frank J. Lake III Act"

Takes effect July 1, 2026
