Increases the purchase limit for pseudoephedrine and ephedrine products from 43.2 grams to 61.2 grams

Removes the requirement for pharmacists to counsel customers about their reasons for purchasing these products and the authority to decline sales based on suspicion

Requires manufacturers of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine products sold in Tennessee to pay monthly fees to the electronic sales tracking system administrator beginning January 1, 2027

Caps annual fee increases at less than 10% unless the administrator demonstrates the increase is directly attributable to labor, service, or material costs

Replaces references to "NPLEx" and "NADDI" with generic terms "electronic sales tracking system" and "administrator of the electronic sales tracking system" throughout the statute
