Expands the anatomical scope of practice for podiatrists from "structures extending no higher than the distal tibial metaphyseal flair" to "the lower leg distal to the tibial tuberosity"

Effectively allows podiatrists to treat a larger portion of the lower leg, extending their authorized treatment area higher up the leg

Amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 63-3-101(a) governing podiatry practice definitions

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law under the public welfare provision
