Repeals all rules transferred from the Tennessee Human Rights Commission to the attorney general under § 4-5-226(b)(2)

Establishes confidentiality protections for complaints and investigative materials obtained by the attorney general, prohibiting disclosure without consent except to complainants, respondents, their attorneys, or state/federal law enforcement agencies enforcing anti-discrimination laws

Authorizes the attorney general to use documentary material and information in court proceedings for enforcement purposes

Removes the requirement that conciliation agreements in discrimination cases remain confidential pending agreement from both parties and attorney general approval

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
