Allows individuals who have begun but not completed their clinical practice (student teaching) to receive a temporary clinical permit if they have finished all other Educator Preparation Program (EPP) coursework

Permits teaching time under a temporary clinical permit to count toward fulfilling clinical practice requirements for teacher licensure

Combined time from partial clinical practice completion plus teaching under the temporary permit can satisfy the full clinical practice requirement if it equals the EPP's required duration

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
