Authorizes the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency to enter agreements with local law enforcement agencies to assist with wildlife law enforcement, limited to public safety matters involving human-wildlife interactions such as feeding wildlife

Creates a criminal offense for feeding black bears in areas where the Fish and Wildlife Commission has prohibited such feeding

Knowingly feeding black bears is a Class B misdemeanor with a minimum fine of $250

Unknowingly feeding black bears by leaving food or garbage unsecured results in a written warning for first offense; second or subsequent offenses carry a minimum $250 fine
