Protects privacy by prohibiting the registry from displaying addresses of private family boarding homes or foster homes, or information identifying individual children or foster parents

Requires the department to publish information about criminal background check policies, disqualifying offenses, and processes for licensing, inspections, and reporting health and safety complaints

Mandates an annual list of unlicensed residential facilities used for children in state custody, including which entity licenses them and how to report safety concerns
