Requires the Tennessee Department of Health to submit a feasibility report by January 1, 2027, on creating a graduate physician licensure program

Would allow medical school graduates who passed the United States Medical Licensing Examination but have not completed residency to practice medicine under supervision

Graduate physicians would operate under a continuous collaboration and supervision agreement with a licensed physician

Report must be submitted to the Senate Health and Welfare Committee chair and the House committee chair with jurisdiction over health matters

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
